A2: Each product with 1 year warranty,except the human damage and force majeure factor .
Maintenance service and technical support will still be offered if any products are out of warranty period.

A3: Before mass production order, a testing sample order could be placed , and fully testing could be done then, or you could send us the App/software and our engineer will do compatibility test here.
